Delivery

We primarily use the US Postal Service and UPS for most US and International orders, but we reserve the right to choose an alternative delivery method when necessary.
We currently offer 3 types of delivery service :standard delivery for US deliveries in approximately 4-6 working days; Priority Mail Service for both US and International deliveries 2-3 working days for Domestic shipments and 5-10 working days for International Delivery; Premium Next Day from UPS.We offer three types of delivery services: 1. Premium Next Day: Offered by UPS for next day delivery.
Our cutoff time is 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any order placed after 4 p.m. will be processed the next working day through our ordering system.
When you place an order, an automated email will be sent to the email address you provide. Please check all folders, including your junk folder, as the email will come from a noreply address. To ensure you receive our emails, please add the domain thepsychiclink.com to your safe senders list.
Customs and import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to inquire about the current charges before placing an order, in order to avoid unexpected fees. The customer is fully responsible for any packages that are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Any postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Each country has its own distinct import procedures, and these may be modified from time to time. If your order is being held in customs, kindly get in touch with our customer service team via email, providing your order number and tracking number. We will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue as promptly as possible.”

If you’re satisfied with your order, confirm the payment, and your item(s) will be dispatched to you.

Due to our payment system, the full cost will be charged when the order is placed.

Items that are ‘Out of Stock’ have varied timescales. For an estimated time, please send an email through our Contact Us page or call us at 407 323-4941.

Your Order

Most of our deliveries are shipped via the US Postal Service and UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number. You can also find the tracking number in ‘My Account’.
We have an automated invoicing system in place due to the high volume of orders we receive. If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to stop or amend your order with our dispatch team. If it’s not possible to make changes, we will guide you on the next steps.
We can change your email address for you, but we need to ask you some security questions to verify your identity. We take data privacy very seriously, so it’s important for us to confirm who you are before making any changes. Once your new email address is validated and updated, you’ll be able to request a new password online.

Refunds and Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as all products are sold as is due to their spiritual nature and cannot be restocked.
We take great care in shipping out high-quality goods, but we understand that sometimes issues can arise. If your package arrived damaged, please send a picture of the damaged product(s) to orders@thepsychiclink.com along with your order number, images of the parcel you received, and images of all damaged products. When sending your email, please use “Damaged Product” as the subject line.
Due to the nature of our business, spiritual products cannot be returned.
