Mighty Meatloaf

This month with are cooking Mighty Meatloaf. What makes this meatloaf so mighty you ask, well it is the herbs used in the seasoning. This meatloaf is filled with many herbs that are for protection, such as basil, pepper, garlic, onion, mustard and tomatoes.

While preparing this particular meat loaf make sure that you focus and meditate on your intended purpose, which in this case will be protection. Focus on protection while you do each step of the recipe. Have any questions ask them below.


  • 1 1/2lb Ground beef
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard or 1 tablespoon of prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¾ teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup diced green peppers
  • 8oz can of tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning



  1. Preheat oven to 375^F
  2. In a small sauce pan add the brown sugar, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning and cook on medium heat until brown sugar dissolves. remove from heat and set aside
  3. Next mix all seasoning spices together in a small mixing bowl. Mix mustard, Paprika, salt, dried thyme, basil, pepper, garlic powder and celery seeds and set aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, eggs, seasoning mixture, bread crumbs, milk, green peppers and onions. Mix all remaining ingredients together until well blended
  5. Transfer to a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place on a cookie sheet
  6. Take tomato sauce mixture and pour over the top of the loaf
  7. Bake for 45-60 minutes
